• Executing high-volume, business-critical communications that support daily mortgage operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and timeliness
• Managing the development and distribution of key communications including seller guide updates, pricing communications, and business updates for lenders and clients, ensuring all messaging is clear, on-brand, and compliant

Communications Manager

• Support collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the firm by project managing, drafting, proofreading, formatting, and producing high-quality digital newsletters.
• Coordinate with colleagues across the firm to gather and refine content.
• Review performance and recommend optimizations to both content and process based on feedback and analytics.
• Coordinate firm-wide communications by gathering information, drafting, proofreading, and producing announcements via email, intranet, and town hall/meeting presentations, in alignment with the firm’s visual and writing brand standards.
• Schedule and coordinate firm-wide meetings as needed.
• Optimize intranet by regularly posting events and announcements, updating content and documents, coordinating with practice groups and departments to ensure accuracy, and testing functionality and new features.
• Assist in maintaining editorial calendar and coordinating messaging schedules.
• Manage and support a wide range of digital communications, including building, proofreading, publishing, optimizing, and/or tracking performance of marketing content on the firm’s website, social media, email channels, and third-party platforms, such as legal directories, event sites, and media outlets.
• Coordinate the editorial production cycle by liaising with content writers and approvers, managing the editorial calendar, targeting content, optimizing by channel, providing quality review, responding to user feedback, and reviewing and communicating delivery success and results.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the firm’s website by testing new features and logging bugs and potential enhancements.
• Serve as a super user of the team’s project management tool. Maintain excellent knowledge of team processes for both internal and external communications and advise on how to leverage the PM tool to coordinate and achieve the team’s goals.
• Support on data management and reporting within the tool.
• Monitor key personnel updates across the firm and communicate to team members when marketing material updates are required.
• Manage contact data in the firm’s email client to improve integrity and support email deliverability.

Digital & Internal Communications Coordinator

• Support persons served to obtain and maintain fulfilling and rewarding competitive jobs.
• Provide individualized job placement services through regular meetings with person served to work on job seeking skills, preparing resumes and cover letters and interviewing.
• Actively cultivate competitive job opportunities with businesses and employers in the community as appropriate.
• Equip and empower individuals to be successful in their new job opportunity through ongoing support and relationship with employers.
• Adapt communication style to effectively match that of the person served.

• Responsible for maintaining a caseload of 12-14 people while tracking and documenting a variety of data about services provided as well as billing through electronic case management systems.

Occupational Communications Specialist Level 1, Level 2 – American Sign Language

• Design and lead communication strategies aligned to business objectives and enterprise priorities
• Develop and execute internal and external communications, including media relations, thought leadership, and executive messaging
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on stakeholder messaging, reputation management, issues management, and strategic positioning
• Partner with Public Affairs, Marketing, Government Relations, and business leaders to ensure enterprise alignment and brand consistency
• Lead storytelling that highlights client impact, institutional initiatives, and market leadership

Communications Lead – Institutional Client Group, Payments

• Own and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds clarity, trust, and engagement across our key stakeholders and our employees
• Reinforce why CPS is a valued partner across the organization and celebrate successes
• Drive compelling, proactive storytelling that connects company strategy, customer insights, product progress and culture
• Lead internal communications for CPS across multiple channels and events, to drive engagement and show how our employees make a difference in the organization and for our clients
• Partner with the external communications team to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of efforts
• Work with the Payments Employee Engagement team to connect enterprise messaging and activities with our CPS employees

• Consistently get social media influencers to promote campaigns within your portfolio, work with our social team to generate content for our channels that performs well.
• Support petition starters to drive their campaigns to victory and talk about their campaign to press.
• Write brand emails that perform well to a wide swath of Change.org’s email audience.
• Be on top of compelling news stories to help with campaign selection and escalation.
• Use media to drive campaign impact, victory, and brand awareness; including pitching to press, building reporter lists, and suggesting stories for social media.

• Support and execute World Bicycle Relief’s global communications strategy: Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for multiple channels, including website, press materials, reports, and internal communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all platforms in alignment with organizational priorities and brand voice.
• Lead internal communications efforts and improvements, including global town halls, intranet management, email updates, etc.
