• As a Unified Communications Expert - Unified Communication, you will lead the implementation of UC projects across the APAC region, ensuring they align with our company's mission. Your responsibilities will include managing the deployment of APAC UC projects, troubleshooting, user support and collaborating with regional and global team members. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors to ensure they meet CMA standards and align with business needs.

Unified Communications Engineer, L3

• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaign execution
• Plan, set up, and optimize email automation journeys and workflows
• Maintain customer segmentation, contact lists, and email databases
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis and actionable insights
• Support A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery
