Clinical Operations

• As an intern, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various roles to gain experience in Clinical Delivery.
• Performs all tasks in accordance with applicable guidelines, (e.g., ICH-GCP), company and sponsor SOPs, project plan, study-specific processes, local regulatory requirements.
• Completes essential document collection and review throughout the study lifecycle, organizes and maintains site clinical trial master file (TMF) documents, and maintains site-related data in applicable clinical systems according to procedures and guidelines.
• Ensures timely and complete data entry into CTMS.
• Performs risk assessment and management responsibilities throughout the project including site process evaluation, addressing follow up items and issue escalation.
• Manage additional clinical operations tasks as required and outlined in study job task list.
• Facilitate ordering and tracking of trial materials as needed.
• Assist project teams with trial progress tracking by updating the Clinical Trial Management systems, providing access to study/client systems (as appropriate).

Excel Intern – Clinical Operations

• Own resourcing decisions and workforce planning strategies for assigned clinical programs and portfolios
• Partner with Clinical Operations leadership to proactively identify staffing needs and develop resource solutions
• Balance competing resource demands while ensuring business priorities and study timelines are met
• Lead prioritization discussions when resource demand exceeds available capacity
• Manage complex resourcing escalations and workforce planning challenges
• Interpret forecasting data and translate demand signals into actionable workforce plans
• Monitor utilization trends, forecast variance, assignment accuracy, and resource availability
• Identify hidden capacity and staffing opportunities across portfolios
• Utilize Power BI dashboards and workforce planning tools to analyze: Resource utilization, Capacity planning, Forecast variance, Assignment discrepancies, Hiring demand signals, Workforce trends
• Facilitate resource planning discussions with senior business and operational leaders

Clinical Operations Resource Manager – Clinical Resourcing

• Support the Study Lead and cross-functional study team in day-to-day clinical trial operations
• Support activities such as: Clinical Trial Team (CTT) meeting coordination and minutes, Clinical supplies planning and tracking, Lab specimen tracking and reconciliation, Imaging data reconciliation, Study status reporting and updates, Study closeout activities
• Contribute to single or multiple studies, depending on scope and complexity
• Lead smaller or limited-scope studies, as appropriate (e.g., survival follow-up studies)
• Track and manage study timelines using project management tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investigative sites, vendors, and committees
• Support achievement of study milestones and clinical objectives

Clinical Project Manager II – Oncology, Gynecologic Malignancies

• Support the Study Lead and cross-functional study team in day-to-day clinical trial operations
• Support activities such as: Clinical Trial Team (CTT) meeting coordination and minutes, Clinical supplies planning and tracking, Lab specimen tracking and reconciliation, Imaging data reconciliation, Study status reporting and updates, Study closeout activities

Clinical Project Manager II – Oncology, NSCLC

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience
• You will develop mastery using EHR systems and our internal tools to help create best in class clinical workflow and processes
• Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results daily, following appropriate escalation procedures when necessary
• Collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers to enable the delivery of lab and imaging services
• Monitor clinic phone - handling patient, clinician, lab, and pharmacy calls
• Work in collaboration with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners on resolution of escalated patient or partner issues.
• Required-on call shifts monitoring Critical Lab Phone Line - (24/7)
• Prepare prior authorizations requests
• Efficiently process and send EMR Requests
• Additional clinical and administrative duties as required

Clinical Operations Specialist, LPN

• - Manage day to day in-clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• - Manage scheduling to optimize clinic capacity, efficiency, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• - Monitor quality assurance measures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• - Manage clinic inventory and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and efficient inventory control.
• - Recruit, hire, and support onboarding of clinical staff, ensuring confidence and learning competencies
• - Provide opportunities for staff development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• - Identify operational gaps, leverage cross functional partners and teams to pursue resolution and SOP creation.
• - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• - Partner with external customers to support the patient experience and customer relationship.
• - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and opportunities for improvement when appropriate.
• - Operations: Manage day-to-day clinical operations and medic teams
• - Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• - Data Analysis: Analyze clinic data to identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
• - Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems used in the clinic.
• - Communication: Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including patients, providers, staff, customers, and other healthcare professionals.
• - Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
