Clinical Operations

• Leads the day-to-day management of multiple clinical administration team members providing direct coaching and development support to assigned staff.
• Oversees resourcing, alignment, training, and on-going professional development for assigned division or office.
• Ensures all Clinical Administration initiatives are implemented to ensure efficiency in proposed processes, consistency in execution and quality output
• Analyzes performance metrics and provide feedback to team as appropriate to enhance individual and team performance
• Develops and implements Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as necessary.
• Develops and implements training processes for clinical administration and clinical staff.
• Implements project specific training activities for research staff, including mentoring of new team members including other Clinical Managers.
• Performs any other duties and projects as assigned by PPD management

• Strategic leadership of GCO Quality Management
• Collaborate with GCO leadership to develop and implement the strategy and direction for the GCO QM team
• Execute GCO QM mission and vision, including oversight of Global Support Centers
• Propose, lead, and implement GCO QM initiatives aligned with GCO priorities
• Provide end-to-end oversight of quality issue management including triage, severity, categorization, RCA, and closure
• Conduct trend analysis of GCO quality issues and audit findings
• Support audit and inspection preparation and execution
• Oversee planning, conduct, and reporting of site assessments
