Client Partner

• Develop a detailed annual Strategic Sales Action Plan, as well as quarterly sales action plans for accounts aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue generation goals for each Account and submit to the direct manager for approval.
• Maintain a frequent personal contact with all property-based sales personnel(PST) to ensure product knowledge is always up to date and complete alignment of sales strategies.
• Establish a close collaboration with all property sales, revenue management and reservations teams and lead all closing efforts from generated transient leads.
• Qualify all transient sales leads and conduct necessary follow through to secure new bookings that fit with the parameters of “desirable” business.
• Using Internal data and external information, analyse and evaluate accounts transient productivity (past, current and future) to ensure individual Customer targets are met.
• Establish and nurture a partner relationship with all key contacts, decision makers, bookers and influencers within every owned Account.
• Conduct product training to accounts on a regular basis to ensure Belmond remains front-of-mind at all times.
• Host events with select key accounts and their clients throughout the year.
• Communicate all seasonal promotions for the global Belmond portfolio to support all properties achieving their budgeted revenue, especially in shoulder seasons.
• Make full use of all selling, negotiating and closing tools to increase conversion ratio from the assigned territory and account platform.
• Assist Director of Sales with the organization of annual sales series, strategic partners’ sales events, and Belmond presence to relevant trade shows.
• Plan regular educational trips to key Belmond destinations as defined in the quarterly / annual sales action plan, and escort these trips if necessary.
• Attend relevant industry functions & meetings to ensure the Company’s brand is properly represented.
• Maintain excellent relationships with industry colleagues including tourism boards, airlines, DMCs, etc.
• Provide feedback information on latest market conditions/newest trends to the direct manager.
• Execute an ongoing prospecting plan, adding new active accounts to the portfolio of Accounts.
• Master usage of all available BI tools provided by Tableau, and implement a regular strategic analysis of markets, properties and account performance.
• Maintain a clean database of all owned accounts and contacts, with all sales activities logged into OSC.
• Manage expenses through tight control, maintain annual costs within allocated resources.
• Prepare all production, account management and other sales reports as requested by the direct manager.

Client Manager

• Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
• Own and achieve a defined revenue target within an assigned territory or vertical
• Develop and execute structured account plans to drive advertiser ROI and long-term revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers, delivering strategic guidance and actively gathering their feedback
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Quantify opportunities through clear, data-driven business cases aligned to advertiser objectives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, and Operations to support complex deals
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless post-sale transitions and coordinated expansion strategies
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting

Regional Client Partner, Ads Solutions

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest-priority customers
• Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
• Partner and support sales initiatives by representing the Customer Success role, organization and how we support and partner with customers
• Conduct regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies
• Partner with the US Customer Success Lead to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach across regions
• Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy for Modern Health that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
• Champion and drive engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness programs, converting clients into champions who serve as references and case studies
• Serve as the primary contact for global product updates and upcoming developments, while acting as a local, accessible contact for escalations and urgent matters
• Maintain an understanding of diverse cultural nuances that influence client interactions worldwide
• Provide local implementation support in conjunction with the US-based implementation team
• Help clients understand available training topics, delivering Benefit Overview sessions tailored to their needs
• Support and lead global QBRs/ABRs, including day-to-day reporting requests for global customers
• Strategically use data and insights to guide decision making, employing storytelling and actionable recommendations that support long-term success
• Leverage tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to understand and diagnose client health, identifying opportunities and risks
• Drive success in measurable engagement and revenue outcomes, including improved wellness impact, benefits utilization, retention and renewals, and product expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and ensure successful adoption of Modern Health
