• Own the operating cadence and drive key cross-functional projects
• Jump on problems that do not yet have a clear owner
• Partner with leadership to refine strategy and priorities
• Build the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems needed to scale
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes

• Partnering with leadership to refine strategy and priorities
• Driving projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People
• Supporting new market launches and commercial rollout plans
• Building the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems we need to scale
• Turning ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes
• Jumping into urgent business problems when there is no obvious owner yet

Founders Associate

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VPs
• Support short- and long-term strategic planning, priority setting, and roadmap alignment
• Develop high-impact presentations, executive briefings, and strategic communications for senior leadership
• Drive operational rigor through governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment
• Coordinate initiatives that span multiple teams and business units
• Act as a well-connected and resourceful partner across the organization to help solve problems
