• Own architecture and technical validation discussions
• Translate Unframe’s building block architecture into customer-specific solutions
• Address technical objections
• Represent Unframe at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and live architecture sessions
• Build repeatable demo narratives tailored by vertical and persona
• Create thought leadership content (talks, workshops, articles)
• Develop standardized:
• Technical pitch frameworks
• Demo flows
• Objection-handling playbooks
• Verticalized narratives
• Create consistency and excellence across field technical engagements
• Collaborate closely with Sales on deal strategy
• Provide structured field feedback to Product
• Help refine positioning against consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks

Field CTO – EMEA

• Lead end-to-end management of technology and corporate services
• Deliver technology and AI roadmap
• Own technology, data, and AI risks
• Improve service performance and reduce technical debt
• Strengthen cyber defense and incident response capabilities
• Set direction for data management and drive improvements in data quality, governance, and literacy
• Build partnerships across the bank and oversee key operational services
