• Implement and maintain data ingestion processes, data models, and report visualizations within BI platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for data insights.

Senior Epic BI Developer

• Analyzes the use of data and interpreting data directly against requirements.

• Supports the Colonial Life FP&A team by delivering data analysis, analytics, and reporting to inform financial planning and decision-making
• Responsible for simple to moderately complex data analysis, data preparation, and visualization, translating financial and operational data into meaningful insights
• Partners closely with Business Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure high-quality, actionable reporting
