Business Intelligence Developer

• Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Design, configure, and customise the system to meet customer needs
• Develop and manage integrations between Mercur Business Control and other systems
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and decision-support solutions
• Deliver customer- and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations
• Conduct system testing, deployment, and go-live activities
• Provide user training and ongoing customer support
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes
