Business Intelligence Developer

• The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing documentation.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including Salesforce.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Lead process improvement or regular (annual) business processes.

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Proactively drive monetization strategy, yield optimization, and operational excellence across T-Mobile’s owned and operated (O&O) and third-party advertising inventory.
• Blend expertise in advertising technology, business intelligence, and revenue management to maximize performance and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Take a hands-on, forward-looking approach to daily revenue trend monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and cross-functional data standups.
• Identify risks and opportunities before they impact results.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards, pricing models, and inventory health strategies to support T-Mobile’s continued growth as a premier advertising platform.
• Support analytic needs by utilizing data from ad servers, SSPs, and demand partners.
• Guide AdTech and BI data strategies across mobile apps, web, and programmatic platforms.
• Lead day-to-day troubleshooting efforts related to revenue discrepancies, fill issues, and auction health.
• Create holistic dashboards from different data sources, presenting metrics such as revenue yield, eCPM, fill rates, floor pricing, win rates, and audience monetization to leadership.
• Lead daily/weekly data standups with internal stakeholders and external demand partners to review revenue trends and document operational insights.
• Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and media to support business intelligence activities.
• Build pricing models for O&O (owned and operated) and third-party inventory.
• Design and implement SSP experiments to maximize yield, revenue, and inventory health.

• Dive deep into Zillow's internal and third party data to model data that accurately reflect our customer journey and business processes.
• Design a reusable, modular semantic layer that makes metrics and dimensions consumable across BI tools, data science workflows, and AI systems, while promoting consistency across those surfaces.
• Lead cross-organizational data initiatives that align with company strategy and roadmap planning
• Drive alignment on metric definitions and data governance standards across business lines
• Influence build-versus-buy decisions for analytics tooling, semantic layer platforms, and data governance systems
• Mentor senior analytics engineers as well as shape strategic direction and technical standards for analytics engineering across the organization
• Partner with executive stakeholders to influence how the data infrastructure must evolve to support company objectives
• Operate high availability data and reporting within SLA through quality alerting, detecting issues before customers and resolving with a sense of urgency.

Principal Business Intelligence Engineer

• Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for individually contributing to and leading teams in the provision of technical expertise in one or more analytics toolsets
• Work with customers from clinical, administrative and/or operational areas across the System
• Provide analytical tools that drive insights, complex data extracts and integration, reports and advanced dashboard visualizations
• Develop and enhance existing metrics to analyze ongoing performance metrics
• Lead initiatives to work with customers and Analytics Team members to understand the problems being solved
• Procure and integrate the disparate data sources necessary to analyze needs appropriately
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and serve in a lead technical advisory role to other BI Analysts
• Lead projects to analyze and integrate disparate data sources to ETL into an EDW

Lead Technical Business Intelligence Analyst

• own core business reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and reviews to inform stakeholders

• Analyzes the use of data and interpreting data directly against requirements.
• Captures source data characteristics and abstracting them into consolidated data repository with proper data lineage and change control – including data from internal and external sources, also on premises or from the Cloud.
• Determines the logical design characteristics and information management strategies necessary to store, move, and manage data from a wide variety of database platforms.
• Responsible for creating, vetting and publishing data sources for common use in our BI tools (currently Tableau, Crystal and Epic reporting products).
• Gathers, documents and designs data integration and data visualization requirements for projects for small organizations through large corporations.
• Assists BI content creators to rapidly generate impactful, interactive visualizations with consistent and proper data elements
• Troubleshoots complex issues and addresses resolutions.

Senior Epic BI Developer

• Analyzes the use of data and interpreting data directly against requirements.
• Captures source data characteristics and abstracting them into consolidated data repository with proper data lineage and change control – including data from internal and external sources, also on premises or from the Cloud.
• Determines the logical design characteristics and information management strategies necessary to store, move, and manage data from a wide variety of database platforms.
• Creates, vets and publishes data sources for common use in our BI tools (currently Tableau, Crystal and EPIC reporting products).
