Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and workflows using BigQuery and Airflow
• Create and manage interactive dashboards in Looker Studio
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data modeling and reporting
• Manage version control and collaborate on code development using Git and GitHub
• Monitor the health and performance of data pipelines and dashboards
• Partner with the Collections team to resolve data inquiries

Business Intelligence Developer II

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions
• Perform data extraction, export, transformation, and migration activities from multiple data sources
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, templates, and data analysis tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and process improvements
• Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Support decision-making through clear and insightful reporting
• Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications
