Business Intelligence Developer

• Design and implement data pipelines, migrate legacy ETL workloads, and build scalable reporting and analytics solutions on the Microsoft data platform
• Write complex, high-performance T-SQL and SQL queries for data transformation, reporting layers, and stored procedures
• Migrate legacy SSIS packages to modern Microsoft Fabric equivalents, ensuring data integrity, performance, and maintainability throughout the process
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouses) and Azure Data Services
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, including semantic model design, DAX measures, and data modeling best practices
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document data flows, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and manage data models (star schema, snowflake) within Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric Warehouses, or SQL Server environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune pipeline performance, data quality, and query execution across production and development environments
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions for new client engagements
• Document technical designs, pipeline logic, and data definitions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences

Data Engineer – BI Developer

• Design, build, and maintain BI reports and dashboards
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies
• Support data modeling and reporting layer improvements
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, PMs, and customer-side stakeholders
• Prepare documentation for reports, metrics, and data sources
• Contribute to BI best practices within the unit

Senior BI Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business and operational needs, ensuring clear insights and user-friendly experiences.
• Implement interactive dashboards with advanced filtering, slicing, and drill-down capabilities while maintaining a fast, responsive user experience.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks related to data volume, transformations, DAX calculations, and visual interactions, applying best practices to ensure optimal performance for large datasets (50,000+ records).
• Design and implement robust data models using fact/dimension principles (star and snowflake schemas) to support efficient, scalable analytics.
• Develop and optimize calculated measures and KPIs using DAX, balancing complexity with maintainability and performance.
• Work with relational data sources and SQL queries to prepare high-performance datasets, coordinating with application development teams and data owners on data extraction and transformation strategies.
• Document dashboards, data models, calculations, and performance considerations, contributing to a shared knowledge repository for future reference.
• Deliver maintainable, reliable Power BI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms and comply with organizational standards.

Power BI Developer

• Lead the design and development of our data visualization ecosystem and analytical frameworks.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to transform raw data into actionable insights, ensuring high data quality and scalable reporting solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data models that support complex analytical requirements.
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and reporting tools that provide "at-a-glance" insights for executive leadership and deep-dive capabilities for analysts.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data documentation, metadata management, and data quality assurance to ensure "one source of the truth."
• Audit and optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance to ensure low-latency access to large datasets.
• Act as a technical consultant to non-technical departments, helping them define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate business questions into technical requirements.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on data modeling techniques and visualization best practices.
