Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau and PowerBI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
• Connect Tableau to various data sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and flat files.
• Develop and optimize Tableau and PowerBI data models, calculations, parameters, filters, and dashboard actions.

Senior Consultant – Business Intelligence

• As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for individually contributing to and leading teams in the provision of technical expertise in one or more analytics toolsets to support the creation of information-based, business intelligence deliverables that will be relied upon by organizational leaders to support critical business decisions.
• The Lead Technical BI Analyst will work with customers from clinical, administrative and/or operational areas across the System to provide analytical tools that drive insights, complex data extracts and data integration, reports and/or advanced dashboard visualizations to facilitate discovery of insights, new opportunities, support data-informed decision-making for identified challenges as well as develop new and enhance existing metrics to analyze ongoing performance metrics.
• This position may be tasked to become competent in specific business areas or functional units to support transformation of data and information into actionable insights that answer complex business questions.
• The Lead Technical BI Analyst will lead initiatives to work with customers and Analytics Team members to understand and define the problems being solved, procure and integrate the disparate data sources necessary to analyze the needs appropriately, deliver relevant analytics tools to meet customer’s objectives and implement and support the solutions for ongoing utilization. This role will also troubleshoot complex technical problems and serve in a lead technical advisory role to other BI, Specialized and Technical BI Analysts as well as others across the System’s Analytics Community.
• The Lead Technical BI Analyst may also be responsible for projects to analyze and integrate disparate data sources to ETL into an EDW either through a direct integration or through a normalization process. The Lead Technical Business Intelligence Analyst is a senior analytics professional responsible for developing and delivering data-driven solutions that support Population Health and Value-Based Care initiatives across Memorial Hermann.
• This role partners with business, clinical, and payer stakeholders to analyze claims and healthcare performance data, build Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.

Lead Technical BI Analyst

• Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric data pipelines supporting REST APIs, SQL Server sources, and file-based ingestion processes
• Develop and orchestrate Spark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric
• Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold lakehouse patterns within OneLake environments
• Build, test, and optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Design and develop reusable semantic models that support consistent enterprise reporting across multiple business domains
• Migrate existing Tableau reports and dashboards into Microsoft Power BI while validating business logic and report accuracy
• Develop and optimize DAX measures, calculations, and business logic to support executive and operational reporting
• Optimize Power BI report performance, usability, and maintainability using Microsoft Fabric best practices
• Participate in Azure DevOps CI/CD processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate reporting requirements and ensure successful report modernization
• Collaborate closely with client engineers through paired development and knowledge-sharing activities

Senior Azure Data Consultant – Microsoft Fabric, Power BI

• Design and write complex SQL queries to aggregate auction data AWS.
• Structure large-scale event data into a centralized data warehouse.
• Build and maintain data models that define core business metrics.
• Ensure Finance, Technology, and Business teams are working from consistent and reliable data.
• Lead the transition from legacy reporting tools to Looker.
• Develop LookML models and dashboards tracking signal volume, API performance, and customer activity trends.
• Partner with Finance to measure unit economics, margin by signal type, and revenue attribution.
• Partner with Technology teams to monitor signal delivery and data health using AWS logs and Datadog.
• Partner with Business Units to build profitability views showing which signal channels drive the most value.
• Maintain data integrity across Last Activity API and Activity Signal products.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and latency issues before they impact reporting or billing accuracy.
• Define and document analytics standards and best practices for the broader team.

• Supporting Corporate Investigations operations with ad hoc case research, information requests, and legal holds; supporting day-to-day operations-related activities
