Business Intelligence Analyst

• Partner with commercial leaders to produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses that drive customer acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, and retention.
• Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools that give sales, marketing, and finance teams real-time visibility into performance.
• Design KPIs, financial analyses, and executive-ready dashboards to measure performance across the commercial organization.
• Develop targeted customer lists and campaign reporting to enable and measure the ROI of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Generate analytical insights to support and grow strategic vendor relationships with industry partners.
• Work across multiple ERP and BI systems to collect, organize, model, and operationalize data.
• Support the strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the commercial business unit.
• Synthesize findings into clear, persuasive presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
