Business Intelligence Analyst

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in equity compensation valuation, expensing, and disclosures in accordance with ASC 718 and ASC 260
• Manage production support requests, from initial intake and triage through resolution and implementation
• Assist clients in understanding financial reporting calculations, reconciliations, expense recognition, and disclosures
• Support client reporting needs by interpreting requirements and aligning solutions with system capabilities
• Monitor account health and proactively identify and mitigate reporting risks
• Maintain development item logs and coordinate enhancements with Product and Support teams
• Produce documentation such as release notes and reporting updates for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Support teams
• Support sales efforts by participating in client demos, presentations, and RFP responses
• Analyze regulatory guidance and industry trends affecting equity compensation reporting

Financial Reporting Analyst

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Power BI and Tableau dashboards supporting multiple service lines and account performance reporting
• Transform and curate data from client-managed systems integrated to the client’s cloud data environment (AWS) as well as JLL-managed data sources
• Contribute to data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support automated reporting workflows and documentation of data processes
• Support the generation of recurring performance reports (KPIs, operational metrics) and basic ad-hoc analyses
• Participate in identifying trends and variances in real estate operations, providing account leadership with proactive insights on JLL’s service delivery
• Present data findings in a clear and concise way to internal and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with account teams to understand reporting requirements, goals, and objectives
• Work closely under the guidance of the Senior BI Analyst / BI Team Lead to develop technical and analytical skills
• Contribute ideas to improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and user experience
• Follow data governance and security protocols aligned with client and JLL standards

Business Intelligence Analyst – On-Account

• Design, build, and steward complex BI datasets, governed semantic layers, and Tableau dashboards that model CXO performance across volume, efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Define and evolve enterprise metrics, taxonomy, and governance while influencing CXO wide reporting standards and best practices to ensure consistent and trusted analytics.
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape data contracts, ingestion requirements, and transformation logic that support scalable and long term analytics foundations.
• Collaborate with Analytics to translate exploratory analysis into standardized and reusable BI products.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL transformations used in production BI workflows.
• Champion data quality by identifying issues, articulating business impact, and driving improvements across upstream and downstream systems.
• Build BI assets, including feature consistent datasets, governed semantic layers, and documented metrics, that enable downstream use cases such as automation, experimentation, AI powered analytics, agent assisted decisioning, and executive decision support.
• Establish BI documentation, metadata standards, and data quality signals that make CXO metrics understandable, discoverable, and ready for AI driven and self service consumption.
• Drive BI adoption and impact by partnering with CXO Program, Analytics, and Operations leaders to shape intake, prioritize high impact work, enable stakeholders, and reduce ad hoc reporting through scalable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted cross functional partner, aligning Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, Workforce Management, and Operations around shared definitions, priorities, and outcomes.

Senior Business Intelligence Manager

• Lead data discovery, inventory, and profiling across multiple systems (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, enterprise systems)
• Assess data quality and define approaches to improve usability and accessibility
• Design and implement data structures and transformations to support reporting needs
• Develop Power BI dashboards, including data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations
• Translate business and operational requirements into actionable reporting logic
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting views
• Support development of a practical, maintainable data framework
• Document data definitions, transformation logic, and dashboard structures
• Support user validation and iterative refinement of dashboards
• Contribute to training and knowledge transfer to enable client self-sufficiency
