Business Intelligence Analyst

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs and available data sources in the various areas of Supply Chain (includes Logistics, Customer Care, Planning, Procurement, etc.) and Manufacturing
• Work with IT to migrate desired data into OBIEE data marts and/or Power BI workspaces
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for OBIEE/Power BI data migration initiatives, dashboards and reports
• Assist in ensuring data integrity across OBIEE, Power BI, and Excel-based reporting outputs
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to develop required OBIEE/Power BI reports/dashboards and mailers, created from disparate data sources
• Develop and manage multiple OBIEE, Power BI and Excel reports/dashboards using data from disparate data sources
• Build and design layouts and visualizations to synthesize analytics into easy-to-understand value-driving opportunities
• Build and maintain supply chain dashboards (including inventory, logistics, demand planning, supply planning) that consolidates KPI progress and analysis reporting in OBIEE/Power BI
• Administer repeated manual reporting tasks on cadence, without supervision, and with attention to quality, accuracy and timeliness
• Automate repetitive offline reporting tasks as much as possible to streamline generation and delivery
• Document processes and cross-train other team members on administering and maintaining both manual and automated reporting
• Provide technical assistance and training to Operations end-users, including participating in recurring OBIEE/Power BI training programs and user-focused documentation development
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on user report issues
• Work on special projects, as needed

Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, Energy Efficiency

• Assist in the investigation, drafting, and submission of incident reports and related notifications to state regulatory agencies, in accordance with the requirements of each jurisdiction within which the Company operates.
• Support the intake, logging, and tracking of regulatory fines, citations, warning letters, and proposed civil penalties received from state regulatory agencies across all jurisdictions, ensuring each matter is promptly documented, calendared against response deadlines, and routed to the appropriate internal stakeholders for review.
• Maintain the team's centralized tracker of cross-jurisdictional fines and warnings, including status, response deadlines, amounts, underlying violations, and resolution, to provide Compliance leadership with accurate, real-time visibility into enforcement activity across states.
• Assist in the preparation of internal assessments for regulatory citations and proposed fines, including gathering context on related open matters in the same jurisdiction, compiling supporting facts, and helping to organize materials for cross-functional review by the Senior Manager, Legal, and relevant business stakeholders.
• Execute assigned tasks within established incident reporting procedures and practices, including the intake of potential incidents, gathering of relevant facts, coordination with subject matter experts, and drafting of incident report narratives for review.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents, investigations, fines, citations, and submissions in the team's central tracking tools, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Support the monitoring of deadlines and regulatory response timelines, proactively flagging upcoming due dates and potential risks or roadblocks to the Senior Manager.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Trading, Responsible Gaming, Technology Governance, AML/Fraud, VIP, and other relevant business areas to gather information required to complete incident reports and fine/citation assessments.
• Assist in the continuous identification of opportunities to improve incident reporting and fine-tracking processes, including proposing enhancements to templates, intake forms, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the team in monitoring updates to online gaming and sports wagering regulations, and assist in assessing potential impacts on existing processes.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests from internal stakeholders regarding the status of open incidents, fines, and warnings, and related reporting obligations in assigned jurisdictions.
• Assist with the preparation of periodic reporting, metrics, and summaries for Compliance leadership concerning incident volumes, fine/warning trends, status, and resolutions.
• Support the team's efforts to incorporate technology, automation, and AI tools into the incident reporting and fine-tracking workflows, in alignment with the Company's broader efficiency and automation priorities.
• Build understanding of BetMGM's business operations, products, and regulatory landscape in order to contribute to decisions and day-to-day work with increasing effectiveness.
• Follow the Company's internal code of conduct, compliance, regulatory, and standard operating procedures, and monitor adherence to such procedures within assigned responsibilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Compliance and Incident Reporting.

Regulatory Incident Reporting Analyst

• Design, build, and steward complex BI datasets, governed semantic layers, and Tableau dashboards that model CXO performance across volume, efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Define and evolve enterprise metrics, taxonomy, and governance while influencing CXO wide reporting standards and best practices to ensure consistent and trusted analytics.
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape data contracts, ingestion requirements, and transformation logic that support scalable and long term analytics foundations.
• Collaborate with Analytics to translate exploratory analysis into standardized and reusable BI products.
• Develop and maintain advanced SQL transformations used in production BI workflows.
• Champion data quality by identifying issues, articulating business impact, and driving improvements across upstream and downstream systems.
• Build BI assets, including feature consistent datasets, governed semantic layers, and documented metrics, that enable downstream use cases such as automation, experimentation, AI powered analytics, agent assisted decisioning, and executive decision support.
• Establish BI documentation, metadata standards, and data quality signals that make CXO metrics understandable, discoverable, and ready for AI driven and self service consumption.
• Drive BI adoption and impact by partnering with CXO Program, Analytics, and Operations leaders to shape intake, prioritize high impact work, enable stakeholders, and reduce ad hoc reporting through scalable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted cross functional partner, aligning Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, Workforce Management, and Operations around shared definitions, priorities, and outcomes.

Senior Business Intelligence Manager

• Define and govern enterprise BI architecture and data models by designing dimensional models, establishing conformed dimensions and standardized KPI logic, architecting a governed semantic layer, and enforcing development lifecycle standards that ensure scalable, reliable, and well-documented analytics solutions
• Lead and continuously develop a high-performing enterprise analytics team by mentoring and coaching BI analysts, setting clear performance expectations, prioritizing intake aligned to enterprise objectives, and strengthening technical capability and business context across the team
• Integrate ERP and operational systems into a unified data environment by designing and implementing ELT processes, reconciling transactional data to published financial reporting, establishing historical tracking, and safeguarding data quality and integrity across core platforms
• Design and deliver executive and operational analytics that drive performance visibility by developing dashboards and analytical models that provide visibility into margin performance, working capital, inventory, throughput, and cost drivers, while automating recurring management and board reporting
• Establish and govern standardized KPIs and reporting definitions across business units by defining and maintaining a governed KPI dictionary, eliminating duplicate or shadow reporting, and embedding consistent measurement logic across business units
• Strengthen enterprise data governance, integrity, and performance transparency standards by establishing coding standards, documentation protocols, validation controls, and review processes that increase data reliability, reduce manual reporting, and improve auditability
• Provide structured financial and operational decision-support via scalable analytics solutions by translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership, and providing structured analysis that supports performance management and transformation initiatives
• Advance scalable, acquisition-ready analytics infrastructure supporting enterprise growth by designing architecture that supports acquisitions, system modernization, and evolving reporting needs while balancing governance discipline with practical delivery speed
