Business Development Rep

• Identify, target and secure new operator and platform partnerships
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and industry events
• Leverage existing relationships to generate new commercial opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies supporting commercial objectives
• Represent the business at industry conferences, exhibitions and partner meetings
• Lead commercial discussions with prospective partners and customers
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
• Work with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technical and Account Management stakeholders
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement
• Own newly signed partners from contract execution through successful launch
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver smooth partner onboarding
• Act as primary commercial point of contact during implementation
• Ensure launch milestones are delivered on time before transitioning accounts to Account Management
