Brand Manager

• This role is to be the Global brand manager lead for the Glow & Lovely Global BG team.
• This role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets like Indonesia.
• The brand is evolving from the memory of a legacy portfolio to now building itself as a transformation led master brand.
• Work with R&D, Supply Chain & Finance teams for bringing to life the innovation pipeline and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and help deliver business metrics of turnover, gross margin, and share.
• Create the comms strategy for the brand and bring it to life across all campaigns based on true consumer insights.
• Collaborate with R&D to create winning products on core and new innovations to help drive greater loyalty.
• Create pack designs with design agencies basis consumer insight and trade/channel realities.
• Interface regularly with senior stakeholders from country, category, and brand to create and align long-term brand strategy.

Senior Global Brand Manager – Glow & Lovely

• Coordinate with the Account Lead to ensure catalog quality control—confirming that product details, pricing, and content updates are accurate and consistent across Amazon.
• Maintain and update product catalogs via Seller Central and Vendor Central, ensuring data integrity across all SKUs.
• Update PDPs, upload creatives, and implement listing optimizations, including copy, imagery, and A+/EBC content.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage parent/child variations to maximize discoverability.
• Perform A/B testing on listings (images, text) and implement improvements based on results.
• Check and resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and compliance issues in Account Health.
• Set up and manage support cases for catalog or listing issues.
• Create and maintain inventory and replenishment reports; forecast sales to align with stock levels.
• Manage FBA/FBM SKU setup and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Set up promotions, including brand-tailored promos, Subscribe & Save discounts, and coupons.
• Build and monitor attribution links to track campaign performance.
• Analyze category/item performance and deliver actionable insights to optimize sales and conversion rates.
• Conduct ongoing competition insights and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor trends, consumer behavior, return trends, and category shifts to inform brand strategy.
• Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals.
• Support creative briefs for PDP images, A+, and storefront updates.
• Ensure promotional and seasonal strategies are implemented effectively.
