Brand Manager

• Participate in development of brand strategies aligned with company objectives, including positioning, messaging, and revenue goals for branded products
• Lead in-store activations across multiple territories, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies from inception through execution and analysis
• Lead Brand and product launches in AZ collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, L&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies; inclusive of initial training for the retail teams, sustained support post-launch and analysis
• Ensure products and packaging meet brand standards and comply with state laws, working closely with the packaging department, design agencies, and compliance teams
• Serve as connection from AZ market to National Brand Marketing team, ensuring that the Brand is partnered with state marketing team for creative briefs, marketing communications for retail, product information, and promotions
• Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and synchronicity across markets
• Work with Brand Marketing Specialist to ensure swag options meet compliant regulations and are executed seamlessly at store-level for each activation
• Work with Social Media team to ensure relevant market content is conducted and shot for each brand
• Uphold brand integrity by working with vendors, employees, and partners to ensure correct and consistent brand usage
• Comply with all security policies and procedures in each territory

• Utilize AI generated prospect lists or prospecting tools to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
• Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings
• Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies

Brand Development Representative

• Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices
• Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
• Teach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and THEIR customers
• Conducting Audits and Inspections

• Ensuring compliance with regulations

Food Safety – Brand Specialist

• Develop and own high-impact brand marketing strategies for key and high-growth accounts, driving clear ROI and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end brand and SKU-level strategy, identifying priority opportunities and making smart, data-driven investment decisions.
• Act as a trusted eCommerce expert, influencing traffic, conversion, and channel strategy by leveraging Search Query Reports (SQRs) and other data signals to optimize paid and organic growth, while partnering cross-functionally to unlock performance.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with channel leaders and merchants to capitalize on new program and exclusivity opportunities.
• Elevate team performance by mentoring peers and driving process and reporting improvements that scale impact across the organization.
