• Execute beverage samplings at off-premise retail locations
• Support merchandising and shelf stocking to improve visibility and availability
• Execute beverage sampling and brand activations at events, festivals, and promotional activations
• Set up and break down sampling displays and POS materials
• Engage consumers and represent the brand in a professional, approachable way
• Complete post-event recaps and feedback
• Travel regularly within your assigned region to support field needs

Beverage Activation Specialist – Brand Ambassador

• Promote CXG through student groups, clubs, digital channels, campus communities, and your personal network.
• Identify and refer people who reflect the profile of premium and luxury consumers.
• Support new evaluators as they join CXG and begin their first Evaluation Missions.
• Act as a CXG advocate by sharing best practices and encouraging students to take part in the community.

Luxury Brand Ambassador

• Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
• Provide product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and place orders for the customer.
• Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by client
• Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proactively approach and engage home show attendees
• Identify homeowner concerns related to foundations, crawl spaces, basements, or concrete
• Educate customers on Groundworks’ Free Inspection services
• Book qualified inspection appointments using a provided tablet
• Maintain professionalism and high energy throughout event shifts
• Attend a required 1‑hour virtual training the Tuesday prior to the event from 4-5 PM EST
• Assist with booth setup breakdown following the event
• If assigned equipment drop‑off, return materials to the local branch after the show (4-door sedan or larger)

Portfolio Brand Ambassador

• Responsible for brand sales and trade advocacy.
• Educate key trade stakeholders about the brand.
• Conduct trainings with bar and wait staff.
• Develop innovative beverage strategy solutions.
• Monitor competitive trends.

• Drive sales for the brand portfolio with trade focused educational programs
• Conduct bar and wait staff trainings
• Develop innovative beverage strategy solutions
• Collaborate with sales / distributor on brand account activation

• Drive sales for the portfolio with trade focused educational programs focusing on the category as opposed to a specific brand.
• Be the on-premise experts that help identify opportunities in influencer accounts by capitalizing on our current portfolio distribution.
• Conduct bar and wait staff trainings to ensure that the brand portfolio is properly represented.
• Develop innovative beverage strategy solutions that leverage the brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales/distributor on the brand's portfolio and account activation.
• Showcase points of differentiation and unique selling points between the brand's portfolio and our competitors.
• Create and foster relationship with key stakeholders: Local trade community, sales, distributors, promoters, staff and consumers.
• Design custom activities that focus on local trade relations to ensure the brand's Portfolio has a presence in the influence accounts in respective market(s).
• Conduct tastings and pairing dinners.
