Senior Backend Developer

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on design, approaches, and code reviews.
• Write optimized, secure code with strong focus on testing and reliability.
• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
• Participate in planning sessions, providing technical input into the roadmap.

Backend Software Engineer

• Perform the following activities related to the information systems and Drupal 10 (or newer) technology;
• Installation, support and security-related upgrades of websites;
• Development of custom modules, plugins, templates and other custom functionality;
• Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of Drupal websites, web pages and of navigation methods;
• Provide support during the maintenance phase and provide solutions and/or the developing of new custom-made features as per the business requirements;
• Integrate the system(s) with other Drupal systems and third-party custom applications, platforms or services, based on business requirements;
• Customise and extend Drupal themes and migrate data from SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 to Drupal;
• ·Administer, configure, support and maintain the application(s) and the underlying infrastructure.

Application Developer, Drupal

• Develop new in-house products
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into feasible functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Write clean code supported with unit testing modules
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, scalability and responsiveness of the applications
• Document features and share knowledge within the team
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization including undertaking peer code reviews

Java Developer

• Configuration, development and implementation of ICT components, including source code, solution architecture, software components, design patterns, database schemas, and configuration of the respective backend systems, including cloud and on-premises platforms and infrastructure;
• Implement task automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for ICT projects;
• Perform data clean-up automation and data migrations;
• Design, create, extend and improve database functionalities for integration and data syncing;
• Migration of SharePoint applications to various SharePoint versions, as well as improvement and maintenance of existing SharePoint applications;
• Implement the final design (i.e. "look-and-feel") of the User Interface (UI);
• Design, implement, test and maintain integrations with other information systems and platforms, as required;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manuals;
• Enhance the security posture of applications based on security vulnerability assessments and other best practices.

Application Developer – .NET, SharePoint

• Own the technical vision and engineering standards, focusing on operational expansion and long-term codebase maintainability.
• Lead and mentor a small, agile team of developers, acting as a player-coach who is actively involved in the day-to-day code.
• Define the long-term technical strategy and platform direction to support unique sites efficiently and seamlessly.
• Oversee the core architecture for our backend PHP services, APIs, integrations, and core WordPress platforms.
• Ensure strong performance across all websites using smart caching strategies, database optimization, and efficient system layers.
• Guide the development of fast, custom WordPress themes, plugins, and frameworks tailored for rapid feature deployment.
• Integrate tracking, analytics, attribution, and SEO systems directly into our website ecosystem to support business growth.
• Translate business and marketing demands into agile, scalable technical solutions that prioritize speed-to-market.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks and redesign the platform architecture to allow for frictionless operations.
• Set and enforce pragmatic code quality, modern PHP 8+ engineering standards, and web development best practices.
• Mentor engineers on the team, helping to elevate their technical capability and problem-solving skills.
• Turn loosely defined marketing features into implementable, structured work for the development team.
• Answer day-to-day technical and implementation questions directly without needing to escalate issues.
