• Define and lead enterprise AI architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Design scalable AI platforms supporting Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics
• Establish enterprise governance for AI security, compliance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI adoption
• Partner, collaborate and influence senior leadership to identify high-value AI use cases aligned with business priorities and operational efficiency goals
• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions and intelligent automation initiatives

Senior Manager, Technical Architect – Enterprise AI Solutions

• Web application development using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Docker and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Handle large datasets (millions of rows) and turn them into meaningful visualizations
• Develop frontends using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js, and ensure 508 accessibility standards
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using PHP and Go
• Maintain secure, object-oriented, and modular code following OWASP best practices

• Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for stored procedures and database logic to ensure correctness and performance
• Enforce security best practices, including Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) authentication and authorization
• Support audits and compliance initiatives related to HITRUST, and SOC 2
• Lead database development standards, best practices, and documentation across the organization
• Support or contribute to Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Data Lake architectures using Microsoft Fabric

Senior Database Developer

• Writing secure, correct, efficient, clear and supportable “production ready” code that meets internal standards and industry best practice.
• Enhance and extend our existing products, including device management, microservices, and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) applications to deliver seamless experiences to our customers.
• Design and build APIs that integrate with internal and external services and contribute to overall system functionality.
• Clarifying and communicating engineering requirements for new products, features, quality improvements, or design changes.
• Track progress, update stakeholders, communicate with peers and broader team through stand-ups, regular updates on work items.

• Lead the planning and execution of the migration from self-managed SQL Server on EC2 to AWS RDS (SQL Server)
• Drive database cost optimization: right-sizing instances, evaluating reserved Instances, storage tiering, and eliminating unnecessary licensing costs
• Upskill and mentor the existing Hospice SQL DBA team on AWS database operations, RDS management, and cloud best practices
• Establish cloud-native database monitoring, alerting, and performance baselines using Datadog and CloudWatch
• Design and implement automated backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes using AWS Backup
• Perform query optimization, index management, and capacity planning
• Collaborate with the DevOps team on infrastructure automation (Terraform for RDS)
• Ensure HITRUST E1 compliance for all database systems (encryption, access controls, audit logging)
• Support the Hospice application team with database-related development needs
• Evaluate future database modernization opportunities (PostgreSQL, Aurora) for the 2027 roadmap
