Software Engineer – Java, Angular

• Leverage Python to develop new reporting and analytics using healthcare data (medical, pharmacy, lab)
• Create business applications to deliver clinical or analytic solutions to constituents in a self-service fashion using Plotly Dash Enterprise
• Drive forward enterprise modernization opportunities leveraging Python and cloud-native technologies
• Refactor legacy programming code to improve turn-around-times and to take advantage of modern technologies
• Communicate with key stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and actionable
• Define and deliver new technical capabilities in support of healthcare business initiatives that drive short- and long-term objectives
• Work to expand, scale, and automate the analyses available to the broader team and the Aetna field
• Ability to mentor and knowledge share with peers
• Monitor and maintain applications and production processes required to deliver on business commitments
• Use analytics and technology to solve business needs as well as to demonstrate to customers the value of Aetna’s integration with CVS Health
