Senior .Net Developer

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end release activities, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical delivery readiness.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams, applications, and technology domains to ensure smooth and successful releases.
• Monitor release risks, blockers, and deployment readiness, driving timely resolution of issues and escalations.
• Ensure technical quality standards are met, including testing, security, operational readiness, and compliance with architecture guidelines.
• Drive collaboration between Product Leads, Technical Leads, Architecture, and Operations teams to support efficient delivery.
• Monitor application performance, quality metrics, and production incidents, promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support resource planning and budgeting activities by consolidating technical capacity, effort estimations, and delivery forecasts.
• Provide visibility and reporting on release status, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective incident management and coordinate resolution efforts for issues affecting multiple teams or business areas.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of delivery processes, governance, and operational excellence.

Technical Lead – Service, .NET/Cloud

• Design, document, deploy and maintain stacks on the Cycloid platform;
• Proof of Concept, prototyping of infrastructure and component solutions;
• Design components and make them available to customers;
• Assist the Project and Service Managers and solution architects with the identification of technical solutions to functional or regulatory issues;
• Participate in coordination and project meetings;
• Contribute to investigations as and when required;
• Deliver new cloud accounts;
• Provide support on Cloud platforms and IDP components and their integration.

Cloud Platform Architect – AWS/Azure, Cycloid

• Develop, codify, structure, expand and maintain the data scrapers in place
• Enrich the product and participate in the development of new features
• Build and improve monitoring and alerting tools and dashboards
• Ensuring good performance on our API to distribute the data to end users
• Discuss the roadmap in collaboration with the product team. Help the team build ambitious yet sustainable plans

Power Backend Engineer

• Design and build scalable, resilient cloud applications on Azure using C#, .NET and SQL, delivering solutions that are secure, high-performance, adhere to our Coding Standards and “just work”.
• Write clean, clear, and well-tested code, embracing software craftsmanship principles to produce robust, reusable and maintainable systems.
• Ensure a high bar for code quality through comprehensive unit tests and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment.
• Drive substantial product features as the key developer alongside an architect or product designer.
• Continuously improve the codebase through refactoring and refinement, balancing new feature development with paying down technical debt.
• Champion quality, reliability and scalability by implementing best practices in cloud operations (monitoring, security, CI/CD).
