Auditor

• Collaborate with audit team members as well as members of IT to develop audit objectives, engagement scopes, and testing strategies aligned with departmental standards and risk priorities.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements, including SOX ITGC testing, risk-based technology reviews, and issue validation procedures.
• Analyze and summarize data to identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, or noncompliance with policies, procedures, or regulations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to audit leadership and business stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Monitor issued audit findings, perform validation testing over defined remediation plans, and present remediation statuses to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve operational effectiveness, and reduce risk exposure across technology and business processes.
• Other duties as assigned

IT Auditor I

• Perform a wide range of audits
• Evaluate the internal control structure
• Assess compliance with laws, regulations, bank policies, and procedures
• Update appropriate audit programs
• Perform tests and prepare reports
• Communicate audit findings to affected personnel and management
• Act as a resource person in areas of specialization

Auditor II

• Assists the Company in accomplishing its strategic objectives by evaluating and improving organizational governance.
• Performs assigned audit test work in accordance with the approved audit program on financial, operational, and compliance audits and projects within budgeted timeframes.
• Monitors the progress of work assigned to others, provides assistance and guidance, and reviews work performed to ensure objectives are met.
• Analyzes accounting records, operations, policies, and procedures to determine validity of financial records and effectiveness of controls.
• Applies appropriate audit procedures to ensure controls are tested, and risks addressed.
• Identifies and presents audit issues and recommendations in various levels of management.

Internal Auditor

• Review inpatient medical records and claims to ensure accurate coding and reimbursement
• Assign and validate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes
• Audit coding quality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Investigate and resolve provider disputes with a fair, fact-based approach
• Analyze complex clinical documentation and coding scenarios
• Collaborate with other teams to clarify coding and medical information
• Contribute to cost savings by improving payment accuracy and reducing errors
