• Provides systematic and strategic approaches related to the effectiveness of risk management control and governance processes
• Examines and evaluates organization processes, reporting findings back to management regarding possible improvements and corrections

Internal Auditor I

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical coding resulting in appropriate reimbursement and data integrity
• Conducts regular coding audits and coordinates ongoing monitoring of coding accuracy, providing continuous feedback to coding staff
• Develops and coordinates educational sessions to all coding staff regarding documentation and accurate coding
• Serves as a resource for coding staff on organization-wide coding and documentation standards and guidelines
• Designs audit tools to monitor the accuracy of clinical coding
• Keeps abreast of coding guidelines and reimbursement reporting requirements
• Conducts trend analyses to identify patterns and variations in coding practices

Coding Compliance Auditor

• Travel daily throughout a defined territory *Company Vehicle Provided*
• Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits for small and mid-sized facilities
• Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings, encourage participation, and address basic questions
• Accurately document inspections, installations, and customer interactions in accordance with program requirements
• Perform on-site installation of energy efficiency measures, including physical labor and use of basic tools
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed

Commercial Energy Auditor

• Conducts audits and reviews of financial, operational, compliance, and technology risks and controls for corporate functions and audits of our sales center locations throughout the U.S.
• Assists the Internal Audit team in accomplishing audit department objectives in a team environment.
• In accordance with departmental and professional internal audit standards, identifies and analyzes risks, plans and prioritizes audit work, conducts interviews, observes operations, documents and analyzes procedures and controls, performs control testing, prepares appropriate work papers, develops audit recommendations, reviews identified issues with appropriate management, and prepares audit report findings.
• Performs issue follow-up, including performing validation testing of management action plans.
• Assists in developing formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and other stakeholders.
• Works on multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines including Sarbanes-Oxley testing on multiple process areas, Sales Center Audits and warehouse operations, and assists in performing corporate level operational audits and fraud investigations.
• Utilizes data analytics and tools (e.g. PowerBI, DataSnipper) in the execution of audit work.
• Continues to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, industry, and products through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.
• Executes special assignments and other duties as assigned.

Staff Internal Auditor

• The auditor will receive additional training and is then expected to support the American Petroleum Institute (API).
• Perform Quality Management Systems (QMS) audits of manufacturing, oil & natural gas service organizations.
• Perform technical audits against product specifications, performance criteria, management systems, and contract requirements.
• This position will be based at locations within the operational areas when on assignment. Responsibilities will be performed at assigned client locations.

API Auditor

• Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by auditing policyholder’s records, and applying manual rules and company standards
• Prepare for the audit by identifying the necessary information and type of records needed
• Prepare schedule to maximize optimal use of time
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and mail to setup audit appointments
• Examine the policyholder’s records, gather data to determine correct classifications for business activities and write an effective description of operations
• Prepare complete audit document, explain results to insured and communicate the results to the home office
• Travel to multiple audit locations

Premium Auditor

• Plans and completes assigned portions of audits, investigations or projects
• Conducts and documents interviews, performs and documents audit test work
• Analyzes and presents conclusions to department and organization management
• Assists in gaining leadership concurrence on observations and risks identified
• Completes projects and assignments by or before the agreed-upon target date

Staff Internal Auditor – Financial & Operational Audit

• Work with members of the Internal Audit Management Team in implementing the strategic objectives of the Internal Audit Department.
• Participate in enterprise-level risk assessments to produce a risk-based audit plan and recommend updates.
• Effectively lead and/or participate in the planning and performance of audit fieldwork.
• Assist in the development of audit staff on assigned reviews.
• Communicate risk-based findings to management.
• Develop partnerships with audit clients for assigned areas.

Senior Internal Auditor

• Plan, lead, and execute EHS and environmental compliance audits at client facilities across the U.S.
• Perform hands-on environmental compliance assessments, evaluating conformity with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations (air, waste, water, chemical management, etc.)
• Conduct on-site inspections, employee interviews, and document reviews to identify compliance gaps and regulatory risks
• Prepare clear, accurate, and high-quality audit reports, including findings and corrective action recommendations
• Provide technical review and quality assurance of audit deliverables prepared by other team members
• Collaborate directly with industrial clients to deliver EHS compliance management services and practical, implementable solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed client expectations related to scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality
• Support long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and ongoing engagements
• Travel to client sites approximately 25–50% of the time

EHS Auditor – Consultant

• Greet, register, and assist guests; process check-ins/check-outs
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries)
• Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions
• Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately
• Ensure all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are properly logged
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
