• Define and execute the technical and AI strategy for platforms supporting legal research in Korea
• Act as the technical authority for AI system design, architecture, and implementation decisions
• Own architectural direction across backend services, AI pipelines, infrastructure, and data layers
• Lead technical roadmap planning, technology evaluation, and proof-of-concept development
• Provide hands-on leadership through design reviews, architecture reviews, and code reviews
• Mentor and develop engineers, raising engineering quality, productivity, and technical rigor
