Attorney

• Serving as a point of contact for all human resources questions and duties
• Supporting the organisation and delivery of training programs, development plans, and team-building initiatives
• Supporting the promotion of value-added benefits, wellness initiatives, and training opportunities
• Maintaining personnel files to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies
• Supporting all phases of recruiting efforts including candidate selection processes and onboarding activities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with target law schools, career services, and vendors
• Supporting the execution of events, initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with Human Capital & Talent priorities
