• Input and configure calendar data accurately in our system based on instructions provided by the internal Ringphone team;
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive operational data;
• Complete ad hoc administrative tasks during periods of lower configuration volume to support business operations and ensure full-time utilisation;
• Manage workloads to meet deadlines and operational requirements;
• Support day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the successful execution of internal operational projects;
• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and customers to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction;
• Maintain organized documentation and administrative records while ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.
