• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution.

• Integrate AI infrastructure within Salesforce to ensure seamless adoption by customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to oversee the ingestion, storage, and integrity of AI-generated data (e.g., CS tickets labeling, transcripts, sentiment logs) in compliance with GDPR.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial technical design and documentation to production maintenance and internal stakeholder adoption.
