• Design, build, and iterate on ML PoCs, prototypes, and experimental systems across a variety of data modalities.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research ideas and models into efficient, scalable implementations.
• Partner with software engineers to integrate and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and guide model development.
• Evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest ML research, tools, and frameworks—and identify where they can add value.
• Contribute to establishing engineering standards, experimentation workflows, and reproducibility practices.
• Support the design of data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring solutions as the team scales.
