• Assist with editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute concepts and storyboards
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output
• Apply feedback and iterate on video content based on performance and team input
• Adapt content for different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
• Stay up to date with trends in AI, short-form video and digital advertising
• Help ensure content aligns with platform policies and brand guidelines

Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

• Take full accountability for identifying, prioritizing and delivering AI and RPA solutions for Corporate Financing across the Baltics
• Analyze the Corporate Financing Process to identify inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and decision-making bottlenecks
• Build robust business cases for each idea and define KPIs and success metrics focused on realized value and adoption
• Act as the business owner during implementation by coordinating between technical teams and business units
• Drive adoption across countries through presentations, workshops, and internal communication
• Actively use AI tools in your own daily work
• Serve as a role model and trusted advisor for business leaders and colleagues
• Be an ambassador for AI solutions by showcasing benefits and success stories
