• Create realistic prompts based on common small business situations and goals
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare response quality
• Evaluate outputs based on accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance
• Review AI-generated visual and written business content
• Assess workflows involving spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents
• Provide structured comparative feedback and scoring
• Submit completed evaluation reports and conversation transcripts
• Test AI handling of customer communication and operational scenarios
• Contribute business insights related to marketing, research, and financial planning
• Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards

Small Business Owner – AI Training Project

• 機械学習エンジニアとして、AI・機械学習技術を活用しPayPayやグループ各社における金融サービスの開発を加速する役割を担っていただきます。（テックリード相当）
• 機械学習を活用した金融サービスの製品化に向けて、社内のエンジニア・データサイエンティストのチームとともに開発を行います。
• プロジェクト初期のビジネス要件定義・jupyterなどでのプロトタイピングフェーズから参画し、製品化に向けた本開発フェーズに向けて機械学習エンジニアの視点でプロジェクトを円滑に進めます。
• ビジネス上の問題解決のためのソフトウェア要件および、機械学習システム特有の品質要件を定義し、チーム開発方針を決定します。
• コードレビュー、テストなど、効率化・品質向上のために必要な開発者文化を自ら推進し、チームや会社全体に根付かせます。
• また、単一のプロジェクト・単一のチーム活動にとどまらず、PayPayにおけるMLOpsの成熟度を継続的に高めるべく、主体的に活動します。
