Architect

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate detailed architectural documentation throughout the Design Development, Tender, Construction Certificate, and Construction phases.
• Produce high-quality working drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation packages using Revit.
• Ensure all documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs, and other relevant NSW planning regulations.
• Coordinate architectural documentation with consultants and internal project teams to maintain consistency and technical accuracy.
• Review and maintain documentation quality while resolving design coordination and technical issues throughout project delivery.
• Support construction-stage documentation, RFIs, revisions, and project updates as required.
• Manage multiple project deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and contribute practical, solution-focused recommendations throughout each project phase.

• Interior elevations with precise joinery and finish integration

Architectural Designer, ArchiCAD

• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
• Conduct clash detection, clash organization, and clash grouping using Navisworks Manage and BIMTrack
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit for compliance to normal constructability standards and compliance to the BIM Execution plan
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents

Constructability Architect

• Provide landscape design solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Perform all phases of the design process including concept, schematic and detailed design documentation. Lead the design documentation in coordination with Lead Designer.
• Manage, deliver and coordinate landscape design projects independently.
• Lead technical BIM delivery, coordinating a team on more complex design options.
• Supervise and undertake the daily activities of a project with the design team including allocating and checking work and providing feedback on performance.
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers for resolution of related issues with the lead designer. Coordinate across all disciplines.
• Understand all applicable local codes and standards requirements.
• Lead the production of project design reports and detailing and also involve in the delivery.
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
• Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team.
