Architect

• Provide multi-discipline support and coordination on projects through al RIBA stages, taking project delivery leadership at detail design stage.
• Ensure governance processes are followed and have experience in technical assurance.
• Manage co-ordination between disciplines and have a good understanding between discipline activities.
• Manage, or complete the delivery of design/specification process through to tender document production, to include elements of design.
• Be conversant with Planning and Building Regulation approval processes to deliver design packages at relevant RIBA stage.
• Review available building condition surveys to establish the categorisation and approach to a project.
• Preparation of designs, schedules of work and specifications and with managing design information including co-ordination of input from other design disciplines and external providers.
• Provision and/or assessment of initial budget cost information and input into the development of overall programme.
• Assess requirement for and prepare CDM design risk assessments as required.
• Support design process in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure all required clients sign off and authorities are obtained throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Contribute to preparation of applications and obtain statutory consents as required.
• Complete design information and prepare tender documents packages including Pre Construction Information packages.
• Create building designs and detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Liaise with construction professionals and contractors.
• Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during project delivery.

Senior Architectural Technician

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IAM technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and future business needs.
• Establish frameworks for operationalizing IAM in hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios.
• Champion the implementation of Zero Trust principles, ensuring "never trust, always verify" policies across workforce and customer identities.
• Recommend strategies to integrate IAM with enterprise security functions (e.g., SIEM, UEBA, and SOC workflows).
• Design architecture for secure API authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and RESTful services.
• Navigate challenges associated with linking on-premises IAM solutions with cloud-based IAM frameworks.
• Develop architecture to ensure unified user identity and smooth transitions to hybrid or cloud-first models.
• Evaluate and select IAM solutions, managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
• Architect solutions for Privileged Access Management to secure and monitor high-level access roles and credentials.
• Create IAM-specific disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure IAM systems comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX).

Senior Architect, Identity Access Management

• Lead a team of Technologists across multiple projects
• Ensure Ardmac design solutions are of the highest quality, delivered on schedule, and within budget
• Take responsibility for the production, supervision, and delivery of design solutions
• Ensure a smooth handover of design packages to the construction team
• Review project specifications and scope and agree deliverables
• Manage project design budgets and programmes using last planner and other planning tools
• Ensure all designs comply with regulations and standards
• Report output and productivity against agreed targets
• Mentor assigned resources to support their professional development
• Generate and manage technical aspects of subcontractor packages
• Oversee product selection, detailing, and material interfacing
• Raise and respond to design stage RFIs and COVIs
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan design criteria
• Identify long-lead materials to assist procurement
• Attend site meetings as required
• Assist with tender proposal preparation
• Protect the company’s contractual position at design stage, including correspondence with the Design Team and subcontractors
• Promote and protect Ardmac’s image and interests
