Architect

• Develop the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including guidance on design and development best practices.
• Ensure alignment of application systems with LADOTD overall technology strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with LADOTD stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices.

Application Architect

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Possess technical aptitude to configure and implement workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows
• Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components
• Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers
• Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive alignment
• Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events with confidence and clarity
• Support user adoption by translating product capabilities into practical, real-world use cases
• Guide change management efforts to ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer success
• Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Gather customer feedback and partner with Product teams to inform roadmap priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes

RMS Architect

• Own the end-to-end architectural integrity of the Palantir Technologies Foundry platform
• Lead architecture decisions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units
• Translate business objectives and product strategies into scalable execution roadmaps
• Identify architectural risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies
• Establish architectural standards for ontology-driven data modeling and application development patterns
• Define scalable, supportable patterns for data operations and system integration methodologies
• Ensure security controls, performance optimization, reliability, and cost efficiency are embedded into platform design
• Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
• Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance guardrails
• Mentor and coach senior engineers and technical leads to elevate architectural standards across the organization.

Senior Architect

• Assist project teams in the development of a design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats
• Utilize BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components
• Participate in design critiques and pin-ups
• Prepare and revises documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details
• Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent
• Assist in contract administration tasks
• Attend project coordination and meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants
• Implement sustainable design principles into the building design and surrounding environment
• Assist in site analysis, research of concept, benchmarks, typology, and precedents

Architectural Designer

• Design analytical models that represent how core business processes operate across Oak Street Health.
• Translate complex operational systems into structured, reusable analytical frameworks that support measurement, forecasting, and decision making.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models that expose consistent metrics and business definitions across the organization.
• Investigate operational data sources to understand how the business actually functions and identify opportunities to improve measurement and transparency.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics engineering, product, and operational teams to inform upstream data requirements needed to support robust analytical models.
• Contribute to the development of analytics-ready datasets and semantic models that can support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven decision support.
• Develop analytical artifacts including models, metric frameworks, and reports that help the organization monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Principal Analytics Architect – Decision Science

• Explore and analyze system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools
• Identify system bottlenecks with customers and partners and propose innovative solutions
• Lead pathfinding efforts for architectures using LPDDR and DRAM module technologies
• Define memory features that increase DRAM value in AI workloads
• Mentor junior system architects and engineers

SMTS Product Architect

• Explore and evaluate system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools
• Engage customers and partners to identify system bottlenecks and future memory innovations
• Pathfind AI-focused architectures using LPDDR and DDR DRAM technologies
• Define and explore DRAM features that increase value in AI and high-performance systems
• Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers

Principal Product Architect

• Define SI architectural strategies for high-speed memory and system interfaces
• Perform early feasibility and scaling analysis for future data rates
• Build hands-on channel models across package, board, and system
• Drive end-to-end SI co-design with IO, package, and system architects
• Translate SI insights into electrical requirements and architectural constraints

Signal Integrity Architect – System, IO Architecture

• Define and explore advanced package architectures for future memory systems
• Perform package‑level trade‑off studies across SI, PI, thermals, cost, and scalability
• Create hands‑on package designs and models for early feasibility analysis
• Run SI/PI and thermal simulations and translate results into architecture guidance
• Define package requirements and act as extension architecture and engineering

Package Architect – Advanced Packaging, System Exploration

• Define next‑generation DRAM system architectures across performance, capacity, RAS, and telemetry
• Lead cross‑stack co‑optimization spanning silicon, package, module, board, and system
• Architect advanced RAS and telemetry features and translate system needs into silicon
• Drive long‑range memory technology strategy and influence industry standards
• Serve as a senior technical interface to customers, executives, and partners

DMTS, DRAM Architecture

• Research into new technologies which may be applicable to the environment at Navitus
• Research into utilizing capabilities of existing technologies to a greater extent
• Collaborate with other IT teams to perform a Proof of Concept for solutions that show promise
• Work with business teams to understand current processes to identify areas which could see process improvement through technology solutions
• Analyze and design effective and clear technical solutions for infrastructure and enterprise application related projects
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate information system policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge in Infrastructure Operations, Data Center Operations, Virtualization (Server, Network, Storage, Desktop, and Application); attend conferences, meet with vendors, and keep current on technology trends
• Analyze and diagnose issues that may be caused by server-side applications, server operating system issues and networking problems
• Other duties as assigned
