Appointment Setter

• Responsible for scheduling patient appointments using appointment scheduling software.
• Accepts incoming patient phone calls and uses software to schedule patients
• Triages patient needs for timeliness of appointments based upon pre-determined criteria
• Determines which physician to place patient with based upon pre-determined criteria
• Retrieves appointment requests and places outbound calls to patients for scheduling of appointments
• Gathers and updates insurance information, personal data and notifies patients of financial expectations
• Communicates and collaborates with providers and provider’s staff to ensure patient scheduling needs are met
• Meets call quota expectations as assigned by supervisor/manager
• Monitor and work the Scheduling Department inbox (Portal messages and bumplist)
• Communicates with other departments as needed regarding insurance inquiries, patient balances and same day add ons

• Ensure appointment accuracy and adherence to company standards
• Provide homeowners with introductory education on the benefits of renewable energy

• As a Direct Sales Setter, you’ll connect with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Certified Attic Inspectors.
• Engage with homeowners and schedule attic inspection appointments.
• Help families save money and improve their health through our services.
• Consult with homeowners and generate interest while setting appointments.
• Showcase Moxie Pest Control’s professionalism and integrity.

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
