• Responsible for the OEM technical linked relationships
• Supporting stakeholders as expert in the application and specialist of the stretch films
• Follow-up new or adapted machines in the stretch film market
• Technical investigate new potential applications when linked to R&D related projects
• Organizing field trials from new developed or optimized stretch films
• Advisor in the selection of projects in collaboration with the Product Development Team, Sales Director and Product Manager
• Provide assistance and involved in claim handling in case of application related issues
