Analytics Engineer

• Build the data foundation that powers Spendesk
• Lead the technical direction and delivery of the team responsible for making Spendesk’s data reliable, well-governed, high-quality, and easily accessible
• Work in a cross-functional squad composed of Data Engineer, Analytics Engineers, Software Engineer, and Data Product Manager
• Define architecture, raise technical standards, unblock engineers, review code and models, help the team deliver with more clarity, quality, and pace
• Lead the complete redesign of Spendesk’s core data model
• Support the migration to a new BI tool and the rationalization of existing dashboards
• Improve data quality, observability, documentation, and governance across the platform
• Help implement AI-powered tooling to make data easier to access and use

Lead Analytics Engineer – IC5

• Define and execute BeReal’s product analytics roadmap, aligning modeling, observability, and tooling with product priorities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product loops, retention mechanics, and experimentation needs into scalable data models.
• Build and deploy AI-powered internal analytics tools that enable stakeholders to query data in natural language.
• Own the integration between BigQuery, Amplitude, and our experimentation framework to ensure a single source of truth for metrics.
• Design and maintain a self-service metrics layer that enables PMs to independently analyze funnels and experiments.
• Write production-grade dbt models and optimize SQL transformations for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead technical reviews and establish best practices for analytics engineering.
• Collaborate with Backend and Mobile teams to ensure analytics instrumentation is robust and analytics-ready from day one.
• Monitor data quality and observability to guarantee trust in product metrics and reporting.

Staff Product Analytics Engineer

• Contribute to dbt models that transform raw tracking data from GA4 / Amplitude event exports into clean, analytics-ready tables
• Maintain and improve marketing data models covering paid channels such as paid search, paid social, and affiliates
• Support the reliability of marketing platform API data, including spend, clicks, and impressions from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
• Write data quality tests and checks to detect regressions, schema changes, or inconsistencies in production models
• Help maintain data dictionaries, metric glossaries, and documentation connecting business KPIs to analytics models
• Work closely with Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Data, and Product stakeholders to translate measurement needs into reliable data model requirements
• Participate in Analytics Engineering team rituals, including planning, reviews, and async documentation

Analytics Engineer Intern, Customer Analytics

• Own how data moves from Inato's platform into the hands of the people who depend on it — our product squads, CS and Marketing teams, sponsors, and sites.
• Enable trusted self-service at scale.
• Prove the value of our new product offerings faster.
• Ship data products directly into the user experience.
• Partner with Product squads (PMs, engineers, designers), with regular touchpoints into CS, Marketing, and Sponsor / Site Ops.
• Own metric definitions, build the semantic layer powering our AI-driven self-service in Hex.
• Translate vague operational pains into working data assets in days — from real-data prototype to production-grade pipeline.
• Own the tables consumed by the product itself, and the user-facing dashboards that sponsors, sites, and internal teams rely on day to day.
• Automate the parts of data work that don't need a human in the loop so the team can keep pace as new offerings multiply and Inato grows.
