• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Contract Analyst II

• Lead APAC market intelligence, including market sizing, segmentation, trend analysis, and identification of new growth opportunities.
• Deliver ongoing competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and market landscape analysis to inform sales strategy, pricing, positioning, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain regional dashboards that track market dynamics, performance gaps, and growth drivers.
• Provide data-based recommendations for market entry, expansion, consolidation, and investment prioritization across APAC.
• Own APAC go-to-market outcomes in partnership with Business Units, Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and Global GTM teams.
• Localize global GTM strategies to ensure strong regional and country-level market fit.
• Align sales, marketing, operations, and channel partners around shared GTM priorities, messaging, timelines, and success metrics.
• Remove execution barriers, increase speed and accountability, and improve cross-functional collaboration.

APAC Market Analyst – Senior Manager

• Owns and manages the contracts process and works proactively with Project Leads and Business Development
• Drives identified corporate targets and departmental goals through active workload management and prioritization.
• Identifies project and/or individual contract-related risks and provides swift resolution to ensure timely execution of contracts and change orders.
• Maintains ownership of and manages contract process to ensure timely delivery and execution consistent with standard cycle times.
• Leads the negotiation and preparation of both financial and contractual terms within complex customer agreements.
• Provides clear analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Project Leads.
• Collaborates closely with the Pricing and Proposals teams to finalize budgets and financial models.
• Effectively negotiates with Customers to achieve mutually acceptable financial outcomes.
• Drives quarterly contracting targets through active workload management and prioritization.
• Develops internal stakeholder relationships and works independently with Project Leads, Business Development, and Customer on assigned projects.
• Updates and maintains timely records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Contract Management System based on Customer Contract Management (CCM) processes.
• Evaluates contracts for completeness and accuracy by comparing to department guidelines.
• Maintains a high level of flexibility.

Senior Customer Contract Analyst

• Develop expertise on data governance and processes
• Develop expertise in master data set-up (includes conditional data such as PIR, Product Costing components, X-Ref, legacy systems, ServiceNow, SAP ECC, SAP S4).
• Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests (i.e., tickets, material create/extend, cleansing, replacement, etc.)
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e., ticket resolution, material creation/extension, cleansing etc.)
• Coordination of respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time, leveraging global Master Data Global Operations Support team to meet Service Level Agreements
• Responsible for the facilitation of the data collection process and output for SAP. Includes follow-up with the business on missing fields or incorrect data
• Maintain business group workflow/routing configuration information
• Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
• Identification of opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
• May include coordination activities such as follow-up on data collection delays, data collection process administration, legacy process delays, product costing failures, and/or responding to general Master Data related questions or issues
• Create training materials, process flows, and procedures

DMO Analyst

• Own market research from signal to story: Track, analyze, and publish research on China data center services and infrastructure—translating complex developments into clear, decision-ready insights for global clients.
• Build and protect data integrity: Maintain and enhance a proprietary data center database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across markets, cities, operators, and capacity indicators.
• Deliver country- and city-level intelligence: Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on trends, constraints, and opportunities—covering topics like supply pipelines, demand drivers, pricing signals, and ecosystem maturity.
• Follow the forces reshaping the sector: Monitor and explain the impact of energy management, sustainability, AI/IoT workloads, cloud services adoption, and government regulation on datacenter strategy and investment.
• Engage the market directly: Conduct outreach and interviews with operators, investors, cloud service providers, vendors, and enterprise buyers to validate findings and uncover what’s happening between the lines.
• Power client engagements: Support consulting projects by gathering evidence, pressure-testing assumptions, and producing crisp deliverables that help clients make confident decisions.
• Bring insights to life: Contribute to webinars, briefings, and conferences—helping shape external messaging and building your presence as an emerging regional datacenter expert.
• Collaborate across a global research engine: Partner with colleagues across research, data, and commercial teams to align coverage priorities and continuously improve how we serve clients.
• Stay ahead of Chinese market dynamics: Maintain fluency in market and industry developments to anticipate customer needs and proactively surface new opportunities.
