Affiliate Manager

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners while reactivating inactive affiliates through targeted outreach
• Participate in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to expand and strengthen the partner network
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates by providing timely updates on program changes, new product features, and policies
• Monitor affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to identify anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance
• Prepare and provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, promotional copy, screenshots, and landing pages
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners
• Develop and launch affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures to increase engagement and performance
• Analyze affiliate campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

• Own 4–6 open roles at once, including 2+ senior or strategic hires, across Project Management, Creative, and UGC fields.
• Build real trust with senior hiring managers and our leadership team.
• Run offer conversations solo, all the way up to senior IC and team lead level.
• Mentor 1–2 junior recruiters.
• Help shape our recruiting playbook as we scale.
• Partner with the Head of Talent on the tricky leveling calls: is this candidate senior enough, and why?

Senior Talent Partner

• Own and scale influencer partnerships
• Build influencer marketing practice from the ground up
• Develop and nurture a network of trusted influencers
• Own the campaign lifecycle

Head of Affiliate Commerce

• Promote affiliate offers through social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, communities, and other channels
• Generate leads, referrals, and sales through approved marketing methods
• Create content to support affiliate campaigns
• Build and engage audiences interested in promoted products or services
• Track campaign performance and optimize results
• Follow brand and marketing guidelines
• Maintain professional and ethical marketing practices

Affiliate Marketer

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates specialized in Argentinian market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to support consistent growth
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership deals in coordination with the relevant internal teams
• Monitor affiliate performance including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality to ensure optimal results
• Optimize campaigns, promotions, and affiliate activity to maximize ROI and overall performance
• Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams, while coordinating with Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
• Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and forecasts for management to support strategic decision-making.
