Accounting Manager

• Handle full financial and management reporting functions, cash flow, tax compliance, GST reporting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance to accounting standards and regulations (including tax and corporate governance)
• Prepare and review annual report, statutory accounts, and management reports
• Liaise with external parties including auditors and tax agents
• Perform reconciliations for revenue and balance sheet accounts

• Support accounting or transactional process (Accounting, A/P, A/R, Credit, or Payroll)
• Prepare, review, and reconcile various transactions and/or financial reports
• Analyse absorption variances by comparing actual manufacturing costs to budgeted costs
• Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast manufacturing variance & support expenses
• Calculate and maintain accurate product costs
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing cost variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Act as a financial advisor to the Plant Manager
• Monitor and control capital expenditure
