• Create specifications for the unified reconciliation process with validated requirements.
• Produce system architecture diagrams, process flowcharts, and user guides.
• Maintain accurate records of process changes and a centralised repository of all system documentation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the migration initiative.
• Provide accounting expertise to inform system requirements and identify risk areas in the migration approach.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities, including test case development and results validation.
• Coordinate with technical teams and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
• Contribute to project status reporting and escalation management.
• Process and validate large volumes of reconciliation data across payment channels and payment processors.
• Perform data cleansing, mapping, and transformation activities to ensure data integrity throughout migration.
• Reconcile legacy system data to the new unified platform, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Establish data quality controls and validation procedures to ensure accuracy at scale.
• Review completed month-end reconciliations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Verify all transactions are properly classified, recorded, and reconciled before handover to BAU.
• Identify and investigate reconciliation variances, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare handover documentation and training materials for the BAU team.
• Serve as subject matter expert during transition to ensure continuity of controls.
• Managing relationships across geographical locations, with many key stakeholders being situated in Dublin, London, the Isle of Man and Leeds.

Client Funds Accountant – ARCS

• Process shareholder activity within allocation tables and reconcile to the TA platform
• Prepare and reconcile cash and positions on a daily basis back to custodian, prime broker or third party
• Prepare monthly GAV work paper package
• Perform all month end reconciliations including cash, positions, market price, market value, and accrued interest/dividends to supporting schedules and Trial Balance
• Assist with client onboarding
• Assist in year-end audit by providing backup documentation for sampling selected by client's auditors
• Prepare expense budget analysis
• Perform expense calculations
• Calculate net assets for partnerships and unitized funds
• Allocate profit and loss to each investor
• Process Investor and Shareholder Activity
• Perform AML/KYC checks on investors following company procedures
• Facilitate Transaction settlements and wire transfers
• Ensure client month-end and reporting deliverables are satisfied
• Work closely with clients to resolve inquiries

Fund Accountant

• Preparation of consolidated cash forecast, debtors and creditors reporting
• Supporting GFC in the implementation of further consolidated group reporting and periodic preparation thereafter
• Maintaining strong collaborative relations with business unit Financial Controllers across the Group to support timely production of consolidated group reporting in line with group reporting deadlines
• Responsibility for timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts for group companies
• Responsibility for related Revenue, CSO and CRO compliance
• Maintaining related VAT compliance
• Preparation of annual budget and forecasts for group companies
• Preparation for and engagement with external Auditors for group companies
• Liaise with advisors to ensure group companies tax reporting obligations are met on time
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Group Accountant

• Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and roll-forward schedules
• Prepare journal entries based on review of supporting reconciliations and schedules
• General Ledger responsibilities including, but not limited to monthly Management reporting packages, Accounting for International Subs, Accruals, and other areas
• Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement flux variance analyses for management reporting
• Support in the procure to pay process
• Support in annual subs audits where applicable
• Support team in finance SOX compliance activities
• Assist in process improvement projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams
• Deliver on any ad-hoc projects as necessary
