• Support daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records.
• Processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Assisting with month-end reporting.
• Accurately record all income, expenses, and other transactions in accounting software.
• Vendor’s analysis to verify accuracy.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and verify business expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns to the relevant tax authority.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits.

Junior Accountant

• Oversee and manage the full accounting function across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies
• Review the work performed by accountants, including postings, adjustments, and other accounting entries made in the accounting software
• Deliver monthly standalone and consolidated management accounts with insightful financial analysis
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, customer, and supplier accounts
• Strengthen internal controls, identify process improvements, and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
