AI Engineer

• Utveckla och produktionssätta AI- och ML-lösningar i enterprisemiljö end-to-end
• Ta ansvar för hela AI-livscykeln: från behov och lösningsdesign till drift och vidareutveckling
• Utvärdera, välja och kombinera verktyg, plattformar och tekniker utifrån situation och behov
• Arbeta med Microsoft Foundry (inkl. OpenAI, AI Services/Foundry Tools), Azure Databricks, OpenShift (Kubernetes) och DevOps-pipelines
• Samarbeta nära verksamheten för att identifiera rätt problem att lösa och säkerställa att lösningarna skapar affärsnytta i verksamheten

• Utveckla, införa och skala AI-lösningar inom en större organisation
• Arbeta nära både teknik och verksamhet
• Bygga lösningar som är skalbara, säkra och anpassade för miljöer med informationssäkerhet och dataskydd

• Design and build the knowledge graph that represents structured content, its relationships, and its provenance.
• Own the RAG retrieval pipeline end-to-end — chunking strategy, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, evaluation.
• Drive measurable improvements in retrieval quality, hallucination rates, token economics, and latency.
• Work directly with lighthouse customers to shape what "grounding" means in practice for enterprise AI deployments.
• Contribute to the architectural foundations that the rest of Paligo's AI work will build on.
• Partner with our CISO to keep what we build compliant with our security standards and data protection obligations.

Senior AI Engineer

• Help design and build production-grade AI systems with real end-to-end ownership of the architecture, the code, and the outcomes.
• Assignments typically 6–24 months, expected to ramp up quickly and deliver value from day one.
• Work across the broader tech stack; backend services, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and integrations - to ship complete, scalable solutions.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications in cloud environments, contribute to architecture and evaluation frameworks.
• Play an active role in a high-trust, high-performing team.

• Own and drive the overall AVR / Physical AI strategy and execution
• Build the platform strategy leveraging existing assets while driving greenfield development where required
• Build, lead, and scale a world-class, multidisciplinary organization across AI, software, and robotics
• Define and steer the architectural direction for AI-powered robotics systems across embedded, edge, and cloud environments
• Deliver production-grade AI robotics solutions for industrial environments
• Partner with the CTO and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution
