3D Artist

• Produce accurate, well-organised 3D models of hospitality interiors using SketchUp
• Model large-scale restaurants, food halls, bars, cafés, and other hospitality environments from concept through to detailed design
• Collaborate with Interior Designers to translate layouts, drawings, and design concepts into fully realised 3D models
• Prepare clean, structured models for use by the 3D visualisation team
• Develop bespoke furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and interior details where required
• Maintain organised model structures, layers/tags, components, and file management standards
• Update and revise models throughout the design process in response to client and internal feedback
• Assist in developing and maintaining the studio's 3D asset library
• Work across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
