3D Artist

• As the go-to motion specialist, you'll be the creative and technical bridge to the Elbdudler team.
• You will have full ownership of your projects, from concept to delivery.
• Own the Post-Production: You will independently manage the entire video post-production workflow, with a primary focus on DaVinci Resolve. This includes editing, high-end color grading, sound design (Fairlight), and mastering.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Animate 2D/2.5D graphics and typography that are sharp, clever, and perfectly on-brand. (Experience in Resolve's Fusion page is a massive plus).
• Collaborate (in German): You'll be in daily, direct contact with the Hamburg team. You'll take briefs, challenge ideas, understand creative nuances, and present your work with all in German.
• Master Social-First: Create fast-paced, "snackable" content that stops the scroll. You understand the formats, rhythm, and technical specs for TikTok, Reels, and Stories im Schlaf (in your sleep).
