Requirements

  • You are creative and can turn an idea into an outstanding ad that impresses.
  • You stay up to date and know how to experiment with social ads.
  • You master the art of short attention spans and know how to captivate within 3 seconds.
  • You have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • You know what's currently trending on Instagram and TikTok and understand how their algorithms work.
  • You're not only an idea generator—you also roll up your sleeves and help with execution.
