About the role
- Participate in discovery for project deliverables including software configuration, custom development, and integration. Record key decisions and business cases for project archive.
- Analyze client needs and business processes. Identify functional and technical requirements needed to meet the client’s goals. Write specifications to guide development efforts that meet those goals.
- Proactively provide recommendations and best practice advice on meeting goals through technical and functional solutions, including data visualization, software system configuration, customization, process improvement, and/or staff training.
- Manage User Acceptance testing to ensure work product meets client requirements.
- Educate and train clients on system functionality, offering users guidance to become proficient in use of new tools.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through all levels of the agency.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes, providing recommendations, and guiding technical and nontechnical teams in implementing changes.
- 1-2 years of experience or level of proficiency with CRM systems; Blackbaud, Salesforce, and other technology.
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Drive to solve problems efficiently, creatively, and independently.
- Demonstrated success in self-directed and outcome-oriented initiatives with a strong customer focus.
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders who have varying technical expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized with the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues for broader solutioning of client/project needs.
- Knowledge sharing, including participating in the client community or mentoring/training colleagues.
