  • Forge collaborative partnerships with clients and cross-functional development teams.
  • Architect and engineer cutting-edge software applications, applying your expertise in programming languages.
  • Craft and sustain code of exemplary quality, characterized by its cleanliness, efficiency, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure that software applications meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with software applications, and implement fixes or workarounds as needed.
  • Remain current with the latest trends and advancements in software development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in non-profit and/or higher education implementation projects, preferably in a technology consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and demonstrated proficiency in related technical systems such as Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, etc.
  • Possesses subject matter expertise and demonstrated proficiency in core software systems as relevant to the Technical Solutions department (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Advanced programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of technical resources with different project priorities, building consistency and cohesion.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Ability to relay and explain technical concepts to a broad audience, including non-technical staff.
  • Effective in building consensus and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives and senior level staff.
